SoulCycle – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Awful customer service. I have literally been waiting on the phone for ANYONE to answer me for a total of 35 minutes spread out over 3 calls, since every time I try to leave a message they hang up on me. What is the deal with this? I am simply trying to gift a card to someone and I cant manage to get this sorted out, over the net or by phone. It is frustrating because this is a minor thing and should be quite simple to organize.

If this company is to be judged by the contractors carrying out their new Portabello Rd premises, then beware. The contractors showed utter contempt for public safety, were rude and aggressive, and their delivery drivers parked in such a dangerous manner as to put the disabled, blind and small children at risk by forcing them in to the traffic as they had parked across the pedestrian crossing.
