Sonovia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Here is the exact verbiage that I submitted as a review on their website days ago after buying one of their seat covers, but it was never posted: "The seat cover appears satisfactory. I wish I could say the same about the customer service. After no one answered when I called one week ago, I left a message for someone to return my call. No one did. That was one week ago. I had a question about this “innovative” mask, the Sonomask Pro—wondering if there was a misprint—an “efficacy of 3-micron particles”? This seems odd since the Covid virus measures in the range of .06 to .14 microns. Without being able to speak with someone at Sonovia, I decided to go back to the N-95 mask, which filters down to .3 (POINT three) microns, and I removed the two masks that I had placed in my “cart.” It is important to stay safe on my upcoming flight. Customer service is as important an element of business as the product itself. Sonovia failed in that department and wasted my time regarding the masks. I will be trying the new seat cover soon." The above information is what this company does not want you to know.

Very disappointed with customer after care. I spent a lot of money on several masks and recommended to family who also made purchases. I contacted sonovia re one mask that was faulty. After several emails and photos being sent I was told there was nothing wrong with my mask and my complaint dismissed. A real shame and true example of a company only interested in money grabbing with no real interest in the welfare of the customer. Very bad especially in the market of face masks with such high claims in a pandemic !
