Sonder – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Sonder Bayswater! My daughter loved it! Immaculate rooms and very polite, helpful concierge! Fabulous company when booking needed to be cut short

We stayed in the Washington Street apartments in Manhattan for 1 week. The apartment was very nice and spacious with great views, staff were very friendly and helpful and amenities were great including a rooftop swimming pool. Couldn't fault them at all, was surprised to read the reviews on here so maybe not all of their places are so good but this one was great for us.

I stayed at the Quincy in DC for three nights. I saw the reviews here after booking and got nervous, but my great experience compelled me to write a review. My room was way more spacious than anticipated, and maybe I missed it in the photos but I hadn't expected such a well-appointed kitchen. It was fantastic to be able to make some of my own meals so comfortably. I didn't use any amenities or need any help from staff. The gym did look like a pretty standard hotel gym. I had no problems getting into the building, and the wi-fi worked great.

We stayed at Sonder Maisonneuve Montreal for a week in March 2023. Friendly helpful service, amazing rooms with loads of space and presented exactly the same as the photos. The booking/check in system is a little unusual so best to read all the instructions in advance. We cancelled and rebooked and our refund turned up in our account as promised.

To be honest, the views here on trustpilot made us worried regarding our booking. But I can also honestly say that we’ve had a wonderful experience with Sonder (stayed in Sonder St. John in London). The room smelled clean, there was everything we needed and the no-contact check in and out process worked perfectly! We had a couple of questions before and during the stay, and got answers promptly via the app. All very positive answers. Loved it! I can definitely recommend Sonder (at least in London, as we’ve only tried this). Thanks a lot!
