Smoko is a good company. Their website has a variety of incredibly cute products. The prices can be expensive, but if you buy during discount seasons, it's quite doable. For me, this was during the Black Friday week(s). Products were off by $5 to $10. I bought about 6 products and the total was $99.90 and I saved $27 with the discounts. Adding another $11.10 discount with a discount code (THANKS HONEY). That's a total of $38.10. I was really happy as these were Christmas presents. However, when I went to the checkout, my total price went up to $185.72. The shipping was $85.82 (economy). So it's not even priority shipping and EXCLUDING taxes. Even ordering one key chain would cost me about $55, which outprices the key chain. To me, this was quite shocking and I contacted their customer service. They were really kind and replied to me really fast. They told me that these prices were "normal" for those outside the US. For me, it was quite unacceptable, but as I already spent some time searching for the items and deciding whether to get them or not, I actually was set to get the items. A few hours later after contemplating, I still decided to get the items. It would just mean that every item would have an average price of $31, which is really expensive as two of the items are normally priced at $12 dollars and with the discount now $8. Even so, they were perfect gifts and I decided to get them. Today I got them. I did have to pay taxes which were about $34,31 (converted from Euros). It has been 13 days since the purchase. Processing the order took 7 days and the shipment itself took 7 days. So it was really fast and made its way to me before Christmas. Kudos to Smoko and FedEx for the speed. Overall quite happy with the order. They arrived safely and aside from some boxes being a bit smashed (no bubble plastic or any protection for the items except for their boxes), all the items were in good condition. In total I've spent $220,06 on 6 Christmas presents. 2 of them were photo frames, 2 of them are Bubble Tea ambient lights, 1 karaoke microphone, and a mushroom ambient light. Was it worth it? Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't. I have no clue about the durability yet. I'm sure my friends will love them A LOT, but for that price, I could buy a lot of other things as well. I've come to place a review for Smoko because I think they deserve an honest review. Their customer service is good, and their delivery and speed are good other than maybe making sure to wrap the items in bubble plastic next time. Their website is easily accessible with often discounts and a wide variety of cute stuff. The only letdown is honestly the shipping costs. So I'd like to give 4 stars. 4 because the items arrived in good condition, and the customer support was really fast at replying (even during the high season) and kind. Not 5, because the shipping price is insane and also because some of the boxes were smashed (not really nice if you plan on gifting them). For Smoko, I'd like to advise them (I also mailed, but didn't get a reply on that) to either lower the shipping prices or allow customers to choose from a wider range of shipping methods. I could only select FedEx and they are quite expensive. Maybe include DHL, USPS, and DPD? Or at least include the taxes in the items, so it's more accessible to people. At last, would I recommend Smoko? Yes: if you live in the US and love cute stuff; use forwarding/proxy for your packages to avoid shipping costs (AND TAX) or simply have money to spare. No: if you live outside the US (most of us) and don't want your shipping + taxes to be more expensive than your total order.

Wonderful company. Needed a boba fridge replacement and they shipped it out free of charge, didn’t need to return old one. This is how every company should treat customers. I will be shopping with them again! So happy.

I had two separate orders (one for the Boba Slippers & one for the Mochi Tayto Plush) that were delayed by a month to two months and finally received the second order this past weekend. Everything arrived in great condition! Whenever I reached out to the Help Desk at Smoko, they always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time with detailed updates about the status of my order. Overall, throughout my email interactions with the Help Desk, they made me feel like they valued me as a customer. The delays in my items were due to COVID-19 but I understand. It makes sense and delays are to be expected. There is a pandemic going on out there in the world and many businesses have to undergo changes in how they structure their own business environment especially for this type of business. Although I had to initiate the conversation every time and follow up with the status, it doesn't bother me as this also makes sense. I am sure they are also bombarded by hundreds of other customers inquiring about the status of their delayed orders too. Will continue to purchase more products from them as the items are super adorable!!! :)

Love their stuff! I have been shopping with them for years and I love their products! They make great gifts for my nieces and they are completely obsessed with the products. It's great quality and super cute. It's my go to for creative and unique gifts.
