Update: The customer service is excellent and clearly care about their product and that you're satisfied. I did have a faulty cartridge which they replaced right away. Lovely company and now extremely relaxed and content. I purchased the Relax Vape Cartridge and after only a few uses the oil from the cartridge seemed to leak into seal of the cartridge loosening the seal and eventually the oil leaked out all over everything. What a mess. I've never had this happen before but the seal seems faulty.
