The jury is by out on this system. The recipes are fantastic!! But I have questions about the macros over time. They stress a 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carb macro but some days following the plan that is not the case. When I ask they say not to worry about it and follow the plan. But I only gain weight. But I found maltodextrin in my stevia so I am willing to see if that made the difference . My judgement is stil reserved due to the wonderful food they have me making. I enjoy eating this way. But not enjoying the weight gain.

I just filled in your questionaire and received your free nutritional advice with your offer of a 28 personalised diet plan. What you do is dangerous. I already follow the keto diet many years and based on what I filled in, you should not only not have told me that I could reach my target weight by the end of this month, you should have told me that my target weight was unrealistic and dangerously low as it would have involved a way too low BMI. Furthermore, you tell me that I likely suffer from a slow metabolism (no I do not), suffer from stress (not particularly), that I have chronic inflammation (what info do you have to base this on?), that I can reduce my bad LDL cholesterol (based on what info do you think I should reduce my cholesterol?). You discredit the keto diet.
