Simon Carter – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was pleased with the website, the product itself and the price. However, I had to call up to enquire where my cufflinks were, at which point I was told they must have been lost in the post. To be fair, a new pair were sent out ASAP and I received these the next day, however who knows where the first set went. Probably a fault of the delivery company rather than Simon Carter, but frustrating nonetheless. The way this was resolved was impressive.

Almost 10 days after I placed my order, the item still hadn't arrived and when I queried it I was informed that it was on hold as my transaction was deemed a suspected fraud by the payment merchant. Whilst this mistake was resolved quickly, for which I was thankful, I felt the tone of the replies I received from customer services (Malcolm Bell) was rather condescending, despite my having been inconvenienced, and rather put me off shopping at Simon Carter in the future - a shame as my husband is a big fan of the range.
