Having incorrectly assumed that my machine was malfunctioning, I called the customer service line to redeem my warranty and get a new device. Over the course of our call, came to find out that it was entirely user error and was gently guided through the myriad of ways that I could succeed in having this item suit my goals. The representative took a humanitarian approach and as I shared about changes my body was going through, offered advice that was congruent to my needs. In addition, when transferred to the supervisor, I was assured of their personal use of the devices and given additional points to think about. Both women were kind, patient, and gracious with their knowledge. I feel confident in saying that anyone (irrespective of age, race, gender etc) would have the same experience. I wish the team and this brand continued success.
