Sian Marie – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered a jumper at Christmas that cost £75 and it did not fit. I followed the instructions to start a return which was first emailing the company. No response from any emails so attempted to contact via social media but all messages bounced back with an auto response stating they don’t man their inboxes. I have commented on all their social media posts and every comment has either gone unnoticed or has been deleted STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! The jumper was very expensive yet this Sian Marie doesn’t seem to give a toss about the money she takes from people. I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months and unfortunately I doubt I’ll ever see it again. I noticed on their social media platforms that a lot of other people have been very unlucky like me. It’s such a shame - I work hard everyday to be able to spend my money on nice things but then you have disgusting humans like this one who just take your money and couldn’t care less about the customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! There’s so many better, HONEST small businesses out there

Awful, received item which didn't fit so emailed for information on how to return. I returned my item and it has been a month, I have not received my refund. I have emailed customer service numerous with no luck. I am now £75 out of pocket!!! This company should not be running, basically stealing money off people!!

Unique, high quality swimwear and jumper. Whenever I wear my swimming costume, I get lots of compliments about how pretty and unique it is. Love it! Also my jumper from sianmarie is one of my absolute faves. It's so comfortable, I wear it all year round despite it being a Christmas jumper.
