Shashi – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Very bad, you order something and receive a kind of look like but with a bad quality.

I’ve never (ever) posted a review but had such a poor experience with this brand and want to warn people. My order took more than a month to arrive. I checked in more than once and received not a single reply to my emails. When it finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor for the price point. I attempted to return it the same day it arrived (well within the 10 day return window) and Shashi’s return process would only allow for an exchange for store credit. When I sent yet another email to inquire about a full refund, the same return process now indicated that I was beyond the day 10 window. I am not holding my breath for a reply.

I ordered the Mia hoop earrings, and it took forever for me to receive them. When I finally got them one of them was broken, and the other one wouldn’t stay closed. The tip of the earrings that go into your ears is also large, and you almost have to force in your ears. I also got what was to be a diamond tennis bracelet. It was cheaply made, and wouldn’t stay closed. Please don’t spend your money for anything at this company. You will be very disappointed!

I have not received my order & after multiple attempts to reach out to customer service I have had no reply.

My beaded necklace that I bought and paid well over $100 for, broke after a couple months of wear. I wanted to send back and pay for repair but they refused and offered me 20% off a new item! No thank you!!! Not a quality product!!!
