I was pleasantly surprised at the service provided by shopbedding.com. I received a personal phone call about a stock issue with the color pillowcase I had ordered and was allowed the opportunity to make a different selection which I did. I have done two orders and they both came. The king version of the high profile I love the queen one seem to be harder and give me neck pain :( but I do like these pillows I’m hoping to order soon
