Basically my friend got a pair of shoes from (nvshoes.com) and they are totally rubbish, the green has come off the back of the shoe, they do not look like the shoes in the pictures and the company are not interested in doing anything about it

Delivery took 9 days, but this included 2 Weekends and was by unknown courier who dropped them off in a secure place for us. Have had these shoes before, as they can easily take the orthotic insoles. Thank you. Shame no black ones available at this price! ( which was a really good one!)
