I just would like to say am trying to edit my review I got email today to say Evri as know got my parcel to be delivered just awaiting a delivery date Daisy must of tracked it for me so just awaiting for delivery I am disappointed as in the past I never had a problem with this company as always recived the goods day after I just found it strange plus a lot of this problem as be caused by fed ex the currier to Evri Thanks for all your help in this matter Daisy Frank If there’s away to alter review can you tell me how please

Absolutely brilliant service. I had an issue with one of my products (through no fault of the company) and Daisy went above and beyond to rectify the problem. You can tell the company cares a lot about their customers and it is reflected through their high quality customer service. The products are great too. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for them. Thank you so much again Daisy! You are amazing.

If I could of given more stars I would have. The first item came damaged so I emailed them to ask what the procedure was for returning the item. I got a response really quick saying how sorry this happened and could I send a picture of the problem. Picture sent and the response was we’ll get a replacement sent. So absolutely outstanding service. The other thing to mention is the huge range of toys is fantastic.

First time I've actually enjoyed speaking with any company on the phone. We placed our order after speaking to the lady's on the phone, very welcoming friendy staff who are extremely helpful and really helped us pick the right machine for us and with a really good deal on too. Even after receiving my order the customer service is outstanding any questions I've had have been answered quickly.
