Self Recovery – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I'm a prolific shopper and just realized I had a problem. This course is really getting me to help understand the root problem so i can kill the source of the addiction. I'm 6 weeks in and am making great progress!! The program really speaks to the individual and it's not brow beating me into submission. It's allowing me to understand the problem with compassion to resolve it.

Self Recovery is the most amazing program and very intense! Dr. Hockmen talks on all modules and is the most compassionate Doctor I have ever met!!! He is so sincere and has really great knowledge. Also, his team is great especially if you have problems or need help!!! Thank you Dr. Hockmen so much!!!! You're the best!!!

Thank you so much for this amazing program. I found the short video format a great way to learn new ideas. So much of the content was so incredibly thoughtful and useful to me. It was a precious resource I am so glad I found to help me battle my addiction. The pain module was the key for me, especially the teachings on anger and acceptance. This is surely something everyone can learn from, not just people with addiction. The songs were such a wonderful addition and whoever took the time to curate such excellent appropriate songs for each topic must be commended. Listening to each song after the video helped me to absorb the message and time to contemplate each new learning. A wonderful idea to include the songs. Definitely one of the highlights of the program for me. The mindfulness meditations were also excellent. I don't usually enjoy spoken meditations, but these were somehow different. Maybe because they were targeted specially for the content around addiction. A very soothing voice and beautiful messages. Thank you again for the time and energy you put into creating this program. I will highly recommend it to everyone trying to overcome an addiction. Worth every cent. Just amazing!

Self Recovery has changed my life in so many ways!!! I have never went to a rehabilitation program and Self Recovery is so intense and I am learning so many new techniques to utilize in my life daily.
