Very quick delivery.

It was an outstanding experience. I received online advice regarding some of the products I wanted to purchase and as a result, I am extremely satisfied with what arrived. The delivery was on time and the items were well packaged. I highly recommend this shop!

Update: Since posting this review, the owner has reached out and giving me an apology. I also received a full refund for my delivery, which I appreciate and is a very good service. Mistakes happen, but in the end the product we recived is of very high quality and we are very happy. Thank you. Felt impulsive and ordered a gift for my significant other, Wednesday evening the 28th. I payed 8.5 pounds for express next day delivery, so I could be sure the package would arrive on Friday the 30th. My package arrived on Monday the 3rd of October, completely ruining my surprise and the reason for spending 8.5 pounds for express delivery. At checkout I was given 3 options for delivery, 1 free option of Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 for a fee of 6.5 pounds and express next day delivery for 8,5 pounds. Later on, I find out the owner has sent my package with Royal Mail 24, to my big confusion. Why did I pay the extra 2 pounds if I ended up with a service she normally charges 6.5 pounds for? Normally a private courier like DHL would be used, when paying for next day delivery. I have been in contact with the owner via email, she has then told me it’s not guaranteed. At no point during the checkout process, was I informed that it was not guaranteed that my package would not arrive next working day. She also blames Royal Mail, that they are striking. But again, the package should never had been sent with Royal Mail, that’s not what i paid for. I have requested to get a refund for the delivery expenses, as I never received the service I payed for and in the end, I could have opted for the free delivery option and it would have arrived on the same day, saving me 8.5 pounds. The owner has chosen to not respond to my email or even give me an answer upon this. Which is a big shame and bad customer service, normally I don’t write reviews on trust pilot, but I can’t stand when people can’t own up to their mistakes and admit them, at least the decency to give a response.

return and refund progress (updated on 30/08/2022) originally I gave an one star because of I lost my hope getting my refund back 1 and half month after I sent the original item back. I did get customer support during the wait time. but it was not spontaneous nor was it effective. But finally today, I got my refund back into my Paypal account, and received a sincere apology email. They explained they have been having technical issues with their account system. I am not trying to be a Karen customer, and I just wanted to get my refund back, and now I got it, I am updating this review, and hopefully they will get their issue resolved and improve their customer experience with their account system.
