I signed up for the free trial but did cancel it as holiday plans are now sorted for 2023. I had however stupidly entered an additional incorrect email address so was charged but on contacting the Club they were very helpful, polite & refunded me for my own mistake. I was very impressed with the customer service. To be sent a code to prove it is you is all part of two factor authentication which I think is a good security feature. I will be joining again next year as I liked the deals that were coming through.
