So far so good. Placed the order and had it within 2 weeks, no issues whatsoever with the delivery. Did not set up auto reorder so I’ll just have to see how well it works before attempting that.

I reached out to them several times via email to find out what a recurring order would cost per shipment. No response. Once I received our order, one of the capsules was busted, when I pulled out the cotton to prevent shaking it was yellow. I requested via email if they would replace the currently one missing pill. I'm not sure if there are others as I didn't dump the entire bottle out. Again no reply!! It’s amazing how quickly you get a response after posting a review that is no favorable. I finally received a response to my concerns. They have corrected the issue with the open capsule and I now feel satisfied. Now to continue this journey to see if it works.

I get “invalid zipcode” error message when I try to make an order. Puerto Rico shows up in the State list but all zipcodes are apparently invalid at the App and at the Website stores. I have sent different emails asking for help at support-at-sculptnation.com and support-at-vshred.com but never get an answer. I just keep receiving emails asking me to finish my order, offers, discount codes and products to buy. I am not able to buy until they fix their store website and app checkout process. As required I am adding more details. My main concern is that you never replied to my e-mails. Second, I have not been able to place an order yet because the store does not recognize my zip-code (00664) as a valid one. Please contact your website/app programmer and ask him/her to fix the platform. I got a reply from vshred.com on 20April2023, 10 days after my message, but at least I got answer. Also thanks for the reply on this platform.

I ordered 6 bottles of burn evolve and 6 burn pm but haven't received my order. I contacted the company through the chat option on their website/app and they found my package had been lost so they offered me refund or replacement. I took the replacement and they added a free bottle of apple cider vinegar gummies to my shipment and even shortened the delivery time.

I put 3 stars because I want to see how quickly they handle my issue. I followed the links and just wanted to purchase one bottle. I kept being asked to approve additional orders all while being told my order wasn’t complete. I thought I could remove the unwanted items at the end of the order. Finally I got annoyed and left the instagram add and simply went to the website to order, which was successful. When I checked my bank account they had charged me close to $300 for orders I never completed. I emailed them twice (as it’s the only means of communication). I’ll update with how they respond and resolve. (Update) They responded the next day and refunded my money quickly. I’m still waiting on the product but the customer service was excellent.
