Just want to say a huge thank you to the train driver this afternoon who assisted me getting off at the correct stop at Whiflet today. So kind and appreciated from a solo woman nervous passenger. 23rd September.

Me and my partner popped in to get code tickets for work and was greeted by a very delightful gentleman called Alistair McPherson. This chap was an absolute treat and dealt with us briskly and promptly, but also giving us all the advice we needed. What a asset to your company! Always found the Scotrail staff to be polite, god knows gow they keep sane with the grief they must face. The majority of my journeys have between Edinburgh & Glasgow and I’ve always found the trains clean and warm. The ones further afield such as the Fort William to Mallaig journey again staff and train where great.

I got caught up in the air traffic control issue on Monday 28th and had to make alternative arrangements to get to London. Kevin from ScotRail at Falkirk Grahamston was simply amazing, he tried extremely hard to get me on a train that day, sadly this was not possible but he managed to get me on an early morning LNER train the following morning and I am very grateful for his assistance. Kevin based at Falkirk Grahamston certainly deserves my 5 star rating. Thank you.

some guy was being weird and saying weird stuff to me bare in mind he knew i was only 17 and the train guy made sure i was okay and made sure i got off safe never got his name but was very thankful
