Help with a double delivery

I posted recently about ordering one item (Little Jim doll set) and receiving and being charged for two. Thanks to Nicola at Scandiborn, this complaint was picked up and she phoned me at home today and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Excellent customer care and a company I would use again.
