Charlotte gave me some of the best customer support I've had in years. I had some real issues when it came to the delivery, and Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure that I was finally able to collect my sauces from a delivery depot. She was patient, polite and constantly chased on her side. I can only recommend Sauce Shop more because of the customer service. Also the sauces were pretty good too - I highly recommend the chipotle and lime aoili!

Purchased on TikTok Shop. Great products and fast delivery. Royal Mail lost my package and the Sauce Shop were friendly, helpful and really prompt sending another order! Would highly recommend 🙂

Have always had good service from Sauce Shop (and their products are good as well.) I recently had a problem with a delivery, in that one of the product jars was shattered. Due to poor handling of the carriers? All other products were fine. Contacted Sauce Shop and had a replacement within 3 days. Could not ask for better service.

Firstly the coconut curry sauce is amazing, simple ingredients and not full of rubbish. I have been ordering jars from Amazon but received a package damage and the jar leaking. I had no way to return the item through Amazon and thought I was going to be left out of pocket. I contacted customer service direct and they were only to happy to help and sent me a replacement jar asap. Amazing sauce and amazing service. Thanks to Charlotte for all her friendly and informative help during our interaction

I was emailed to write a review on each product ordered which was a bit long winded to be honest but for a great tasting product with a personalised email from the owner (which I get is automated still) I felt obliged to leave a review. I got a box of sauces for £15, inc 6 bottles - bargain! They all taste great - I'll buy them again in store or on line.
