I was a little hesitant about using a company I never heard of to order a case of expensive wine, but this experience has been wonderful. I initially wanted the wine delivered in Dec due to the hot Florida weather which they accommodated. We are having a cool spell with temperatures in the low 70s so I requested shipping soon. Not only did they do it soon, but it was shipped that day and I received the wine the next day--all of the bottles were cool with ice packs in the shipping containers. From ordering to delivery everything was simple.

After calling the store for some bourbon recommendations, I ordered their personal barrel selections. The delivery was so fast, I thought they drove it themselves. That being said, my wife and I both agree they (Four Roses, Makers Mark 46, Woodford Reserve, Bulleit) are now among our favorite whiskies, and we have almost 70 in our collection.

I recently called Saratoga about ordering a case of very obscure Spanish Albarino listed on their website. There customer service rep was pleasant and very helpful. I subsequently ordered my wine on line and it arrived in good shape and in due course.
