Horrible customer service jacket spoiling after a handful of wears and they won’t do anything to make this better even though they made the jacket that is supposed to be V $$$

Buyers beware. Requested to return an unsatisfactory item and the reps were rude and dismissive. The company claims that the item became final sale within the 12 days of purchase and return request.
