The product offering is incredibly clever. I purchased a set of keyed alike cylinders. Being able to choose the sizes of each cylinder and whether they need a turn is a level of customizability not offered by other sites. The selection of brands and security levels was also very refreshing.

Ordering the product was simple enough. Was informed that I would get a 1hr pre-notification of delivery for the next day. That did not happen, no message on my mobile. Apart from being in the house the next day waiting for delivery, the package was left outside by my side gate, no doorbell ring, no knock on the door. A note was put through the letterbox which caught my attention and as I went to investigate, I saw the courier departing. Perhaps he thought he didn't want to wake me, it was 7am!!
