I recently ordered a dress from Runaway, it was true to size, looked just like the images. When I noticed some slight damage on the chain part of my dress - I emailed the care team, they responded within a few hours to send me a new chain and it was no issues at all! Christina was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from Runaway again 😊

The shipping (all the way to NZ) was super fast via DHL. First time buyer with Runaway The Label and was so impressed by the quality of the items I bought that I had to put through a second order... everything is so pretty, flattering and unique.
