Royal Doulton – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Purchased their Gord Ramsey set of 12 complete dinnerware. After awhile bottom of dishes completely scratched by daily use of utensils. They look like they are dirty all the time. Wrote to Royal Daulton to request an exchange for a different type of china but company refused my request. Instead they suggested I use harsh chemicals to get rid of the scratches. Would anyone have their family eat from dinnerware that’s been cleaned this way? Terrible experience with this company. They do not stand behind their product in spite of the fact that they cost a great deal more than other brands.

I broke a favourite 1815 cup. Looked on R.D. site... the photo showed the same teacup as mine. Could not order 1 - had to buy 6. When it arrived - well packed- i opened one cup = double the size of mine! R.Doulton have not replied to my emails asking nicely to exchange. Cannot be phoned. I may now take them to court.

Royal Doultan Bed Sheets Followed washing instructions, cold wash & line dry. Have washed 3 times and can no longer get the fitted sheet on the mattress. Extremly expensive if I can no longer use them as a set. Paid by cash and can't find receipt so not able to return them. Brought in a store in New Zealand not on line.

Purchased a completed dinner set for my daughter, she has excellent taste , one of the mugs had a cracked handle, quick call to customer services , replacement mug received the next day, excellent customer service will produce life long customers !

Good quality British company that deserves respect for the beauty and quality of its products.
