Don’t buy these suitcases based on the warranty. The trim around the zip of one of our suitcases started to come off after one flight. When I contacted Rock I was told that the warranty didn’t cover any damage to the suitcase whilst being used for air travel. I had obviously made the mistake of assuming that air travel was one of the main intended uses of a suitcase but I guess everyday is a learning day. However if you do want a suitcase that you don’t intend to use and has a warranty that covers any damage caused by not using the suitcase, I can highly recommend Rock because they’ve nailed it.

Placed order for next day delivery on website. Sad it’s shipped 24 hours later no tracking number no way of contacting and no response to email. 3 days still not arrived! Need it by tomorrow- no idea if that’s going to happen!

Hubby bought it for me from a retailer with a little store in a hotel I was in overnight for work out near Heathrow. He had it with him in the car when he picked me up from work that night. He knew I had been eyeing it up through the window when the shop was closed, but as I left early for work and was then coming straight back home 200 miles away that evening I had thought I wouldn't be able to go and buy it. Anyway, I was really pleased he got it, now that I have it am only sorry we didn't get the next size down too (for when we don't have the large 30kg luggage allowance) and the carry on size too, I've looked everywhere online including Rock's website but they don't appear to do the forest green colour in the range I bought any more. Anyway, it was a good price, I think around £100, I know there's both cheaper and more expensive out there for similar size cases but I am happy with what we paid. It's a really sturdy case, nice simple elegant design pattern on the body, gorgeous colour, can fit loads in it (I vaccuum packed some clothes to give me more space as we took xmas gifts with us for family) and there was still room in the case, I think I could have got another 10kgs of clothes in a vaccum pack in there if the luggage allowance would have permitted. The manoeuvrability in the wheels is spot on. Even with 30kg in it it moves like a dream and I naturally just felt myself pushing it side on as I was pulling my hand luggage with the other hand. Honestly, it was really no effort and was less strenuous to move than my smaller (not rock) wheeled carry on case. I really recommend them. We bought it last year and used it for Tenerife in 2022. Just been to Singapore, NZ and Australia with it,12 different flights in all plus the return flight for Tenerife earlier, so 14 flights in and it's still looking very nice with just a few minor scuffs. It did very well at protecting the contents. Nothing spilled, nothing broke. We packed a picture with some glass in it on the return home journey from NZ (a xmas gift we received), obviously I wrapped it in lots of protective layers before travelling with it but still I was concerned it may break as luggage can be handled roughly at airports, but it was all fine. I purchased a suitcase from a local store, but wanted two and so visited Rock Luggage's own site. I quickly found the case which was only slightly dearer than the one already purchased, but included delivery. Then I noticed that they offered a discount sale code and received 20% off. They delivered by DPD a great courier and communication was excellent. I was very impressed!

Bought two of these suitcases, it withstood all the baggage handling bangs and crushes no problem, the only minor issue was the logo badge came off on its maiden flight. Contacted ROCK not expecting a reply, and was surprised to receive an immediate response by email, advising that a new logo would be sent asap, I just received it.
