RoboForex – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had a very bad experience with RoboForex regarding my withdrawals. Once I put a 1 star review on TrustPilot this was quickly escalated and my ticket was answered same day. They explained exactly what was taking so long and why it was taking so long. They simply told me to request another withdrawal on the 19/11/24 so that I would still receive this without commission and I was paid within hours. Very happy with the turn around.

Just withdrew my balance (4 hours took for USDT), as I need money, my 4 month ecn account experience : 1- spread mostly around 0.3 pip 2- news spread can be around 7 pip 3- customer support is good 4- once my tp hit but spread widened 3pip overall I should say mostly everything was fair , sure I will again continue with them

I've been with Roboforex for maybe 6 months now. Never had an issue up until now. My withdrawal request hasn't been actioned since the 5th without an answer. Despite chasing my concerns up on the WhatsApp support chat I got the same old responses that I would get answered. You currently hold 1500$ of my own money and I desperately need this now! UPDATE. I have now received all my money within hours of sending the withdrawal request.

To be honest I think half of these negative reviews re scams. I have used Roboforex for 5 years and never had an issue
