Went into Rivers Gympie yesterday 28 Nov 2022 and the customer service was excellent. Carol and the young man were helpful and very friendly and it was a pleasure doing business in this store, would recommend this store to everyone.

I ordered a couple of polo shirts online, but when they arrived they were too big. I travelled into my nearest store, and even though I'd forgotten my purchase receipt, the staff were super helpful and assisted with my exchange for a smaller size and a colour change. I would have given them 5 stars, but they don't have free returns, and their exchange system didn't work very well and the staff had to process it several times.
