More or less very reliable Rarely have I had any problems, and sizing is usually accurate (with the help of reviews from others, measuring guides etc,). The quality is also decent. If you want to be more environemnt friendly of course take good care in looking at what the clothes are made of (not everything there is polyester ;-) ) Price wise it is also good, and shipping time and price of course varies but it is reasonable. Of course sometimes there are defects but customer service and the return policy is reliable

I have been buying from Rihoas since 2021. I have been quite satisfied with most of my purchases. It takes generally about 10-12 days for delivery. I have had to return 2 items in all that time and have been happy with the customer service. The first return they told me not to bother returning and reimbursed my money. I have up to this date no complaints. You really do need to read the reviews and check the sizing on their site as it comes from China. They run free shipping days and they also give out coupons for reviews on the items you receive and the amount of $ you spend which helps with the cost, which in my opinion, is a great deal.

I have a faulty product so I contacted rihoas and explained the issue in detail with images. They were quick to reply and have arrange a return for the fault to be inspected. I've been told this could take 10 days but I'm hoping for a solution after this

Rihoas has such a great selection of items. I have ordered clothes for me, my sisiter and my daughter and all have been great. Quality has only been different on a few items but returns process is super easy so I’m not to phased by having to return if needed. More recently I have bought some of the sets for my girl's birthday party and some of the outfit inspirations are fatansic. If you’ve never shopped with them I’d 100% say to give it a go

I never used this site before but had placed an order for cami tops that I just could not get in a certain colour elsewhere. Before the tops came and while browsing I placed another order for 6 skirts, loved the designs and prices so I thought I would give it ago. Both orders took a little longer than expected which was appropriate considering it was coming from China. However both orders were absolutely perfect. So pleased with the fit and quality. My only niggle was that some of the skirts were pleated and some of the pleats looked ironed out, probably due to transit. However I am overall pleased especially as these items would have cost triple in high street shops. I will definitely be ordering again.
