Rifle Paper Co. – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

8/12/24 Update: I received the wrong rug and am expected to pay for the return shipping. I was told, despite the photo and the DIFFERENT name, that it depends on "where the rug is cut" and that parts of what is pictured might not be included. Essentially, they show a photo of one large rug and depending on what size you want, they cut off part of it and send it to you. They mention this in the last line at the bottom of a description about the item - not where a consumer will easily see it before ordering. They do not print the rug smaller for smaller sizes. So, I was ripped off. I bought with an AMEX, so I'm lucky I can at least dispute this and be hopefully be refunded there. I am NOT returning this rug at my own expense. I reported this company to the FTC and the BBB. Update: the rug appeared on my doorstep today (8/9/24). Shop app never had a tracking number, and I was never notified it shipped. Regardless, it is the wrong rug. Now I get to spend my time trying to get someone via email to tell me how to return it. The fact that I had to download Shop and use it to find out what's going on with my order is irritating. More irritating is that when I finally was able to check my order, it said "Ready to ship" though after 7 days it still has not shipped. Their customer service is available to call on week days until 5pm Eastern (I'm on the West Coast). They have an email address, that is all. This company seems incapable of handling basic shipping and customer service inquiries. Customers shouldn't have to use another app to find out what's going on. Buy their stuff elsewhere; avoid their website and buying direct.

I like many of their products. If you're buying a gift, allow a month to get your package to be on the safe side. I will try in the future if I want a Rifle product to go through another vendor.

I will definitely be purchasing more from Rifle Paper Co! I have bought small things here and there (notebooks, pens, phone cases, etc.) but recently dove into their home decor collection. I bought 2 large rugs from their collaboration with Loloi and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. One of the rugs was perfect straight off the bat, but the second one had some imperfections upon arrival. RPC’s customer service team did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make things right. Can’t wait to decorate my new home with more Rifle Paper Co art - maybe I’ll wallpaper my dining room next! I was not prompted to write this review in any way, I was just really impressed with the way they handled things and the quality of their product.

The dispatch time is very long. it took 3 weeks for them to dispatch my order of 3 items. (ordered 6th November received 25th November). so I recommend ordering way in advance for Christmas/ birthdays. Aside from the very long wait, I was very pleased when I opened the box. very nice packaging. I very much like the items I bought, lovely designs and I will consider buying from them again, even considering how long I have to wait. Side note: customer service isn't very helpful, I asked after a week of no dispatch, where my items were and customer service just reiterated that it hadn't been dispatched yet... not great.

I have place several orders with this company and had a delay delivery issue with just one. With Covid I understand this is happening with many other companies as well. I was informed via email regarding the the fulfillment delay and was offered a 25% off code on another purchase as a good faith gesture (which I did use). I love the quality of their products and will continue to order from this company.
