My experience has been good as a New Zealand customer. Ridge has replied back to me via emails multiple times and answered all my questions which was nice. On their AU website they advertise “Fast process and Delivery”, (not quote on quote) but similar meaning, my experience with that has honestly been amazing, I ordered a wallet at approx 8pm NZ TIME on Tuesday night, and my wallet was processed and awaiting pick up as of Wednesday 1pm NZ TIME (which is about 10am MELBOURNE AU time), the wallet was processing in NZ POST as of Friday, so processing and delivery, yeah it’s very very QUICK!! Thank you ridge wallet.

I got my wallet years ago, and it’s still the best purchase I’ve made in terms of wallet, now that they have sports licensed items, I thought about getting one for my brother as a birthday present with his favorite team logo. He was very happy and I’m glad I got him this wallet. Now my wife wants one for her too LOL. Great product and very good customer service also.
