BEWARE Waters Edge Apartments Cairns on arrival there for 2 hrs apartment bedroom broken into while we were in the living area expensive clothes, shoes beats & car/ buisness keys taken. Later found out from police this is a regular occurrence in Cairns, by gangs...not only these apartments. We're a bit dissapointed we were not warned on arrival, but I suppose sticks in the windows should have been a red flag. That's the negative. POSITIVE great sized apartments, clean, beds were comfortable we had apartment no.1 walk out pool, was a bit noisy at times with kids overall ok although was to cold to swim in at this time if year. Was more open to break ins. I would not visit Cairns again.

22 March requested return of tundra haul yeti $650 esky. They weren’t lying on the ‘haul’ - extremely heavy. Also too tall to fit in the back of jeep gladiator Ute tray which is deep. Received Automatic email reply stating ‘we are very busy’ and it will take 3-5 days to arrange a return. Seriously how long should it take to approve a return. 48 hours MAX. One week later no response, no return approved. 28 March again requested return. Finally received return approval and claim ‘you should have received this’. I had not either - not in the in, out, deleted or spambox. It just hadn’t been done. So, untruthful. An honest response that you hadn’t done it would have been preferable. I was then informed I would be refunded ‘as soon as the item was submitted to the post office and recorded as sent’. Again. Untruthful. Didn’t happen, despite my email proof of confirmation the same day. My issues 1. Too long to issue an approval to return. 2. Untruthful email covering up that initial response was sent when it wasn’t. 3. Untruthful email commitment that return would be processed ‘immediately’ on lodgement with Australia Post. In short - , don’t buy online if you are looking for timely refund on expensive items. It should not take this long to refund $650. Last yeti’s ‘busyness’ should my problem. poor customer service. First and last purchase. Won’t be back.

Volumetomecabcom who advertise via Facebook and somehow use Temu as a way to get one interested. With Facebook allowing these people to use there site to advertise one tends to give more trust when buying. Facebook obviously don't vet these people and just take the $$$ for use of their site by these scammers, don't buy from them it is a scam cost me $89.00

After trying to purchase a product on line 6 times for a promotion, I wrote to review the next day and was told I was doing it wrong. I wrote back to say I followed the steps exactly and guess what , no reply at all. I’m still waiting for reply. Won’t be buying anything more , enough is enough . The customer service is nil . I’m going to purchase elsewhere as I’m so disappointed with the whole process.

I ordered a blouse from Review Australia and never got it. The tracking link I was given didn't work. I emailed the customer service three times and received no reply. They Scammed me! Be aware and do not buy from this Seller!!!
