Reservations Portal – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Giving them 1 star because there is no option for 0. The first time I’ve lost money in my life through booking online. Reservations portal are smooth scammers. I reserved my hotel in Orlando for a conference in Feb 2025 but my flight got delayed by few hours. Upon arrival, my booking didn’t appear on the hotel system! I called “reservations portal” and was told that I was slammed with a “no show” and therefore I’d lost the full booking, not for the day but the full stay and that’s why the hotel system deleted my full booking! What is even worse is that I wrote to them in November to notify them about the changes to the flight in November 2024 (more than 3 month before I travelled). Guess what? One consultant told me that they never received the email. The next one told me that they don’t know their own email address from which my booking was confirmed but they had my reservation number! My pain was “Why take the full cash and deprive me of access to the room just because I was late by less than 15 hours?! I asked the criteria for declaring a “no show” but they simple kept the scripted line of “we apologise for the inconvenience but there’s nothing we can do”. The hotel had no answers for me, didn’t admit that they work with Reservation central, refused to talk to them and even denied us a telephone use! Imagine if I didn’t have any financial means? How could I have survived the ordeal in a foreign country (US) that I was visiting for the first time? PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE!

I second the following review-- terrible experience!!! Never use them!! The no refund policy is terrible and their customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. My friend sent me this site to book through. Booked a few nights at a hotel in SC for an event. 3 days before reservations I realize location of hotel is getting 10” of snow. I called RP to cancel and only got the automated system. This is when I found out they offer no refunds. I would HIGHLY recommend calling the hotel directly to make reservations and not go through the scam of a website.

If I could put a zero I would. You guys are scam artists and I'm getting the police involved. They sent me to a ghost number that just keeps ringing and ringing. I was talking with someone about why my 2 nights cost me 375 dollars??? Sturbridge Host Hotel only cost 99 a night. I booked through you jerks at 138/night. That's already 40 more than them. THEN YOU TAX ME 50 DOLLARS A NIGHT??? STATE TAX IS 3.5 PERCENT OR SOME CRAP. YOU CHARGED ME 50% TAX. THAT'S HALF A ROOM. I suggest nobody goes through this company. They scam you and take your money. They don't even let you talk to anyone to get it back. I'll keep calling. Next step is lawyers. Idc if it's 130 dollars. That's alot to me when my only income is SSI. You guys are a real piece of work.
