Some one at the support told me that there was a certain amount to be paid but after I verified with another person from the team, it turned out that the amount I had to pay was lesser. I expect transparency and a bit of consistency too with ResellerClub since they are such a big brand for us web developers. It was my luck and patience that kept me going so I could figure out the final amount. On the whole they provide good service and their servers are good. Just that their team needs to be nudged for better clarity of service.
