Rejuvenation – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Beautiful hardware, disconnected from reality on service. We bought a $500 door knob a few years ago and a unique interior part recently broke making it unusable. It happens. Customer service picked up on the first ring but informed us they don’t sell replacement parts. So to replace a single part, I need to rebuy the entire set. Either guarantee your work or give me the opportunity to fix it myself.

I was initially impressed with Rejuvenation when I ordered cabinet knobs—the quality and design were excellent. So when it came time to upgrade our door hardware during our exterior renovation, we confidently chose Rejuvenation products. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. We spent thousands of dollars on hinges and three full deadbolt sets from the Rejuvenation x Level Bolt collaboration. Despite carefully confirming with Rejuvenation that we were ordering the correct sets for our doors, none of them function as intended. Additionally, some of the finishes scratch *extremely* easily - our brand new oil rubbed bronze doorknob has gold showing through it now in multiple spots. When we encountered issues during installation, I reached out to customer service immediately. The first representative I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told I would receive a call within a day or two—but no one followed up. After weeks of waiting, I reached out again and was again promised a manager would contact me. This time, I did receive a voicemail and email, but after multiple follow-ups—four emails and two phone calls over the course of a month—I received no response. Regardless of price, this level of customer service is unacceptable. But for a brand that markets itself as a premium option, it’s especially disappointing. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Staying safe from scammer, I paid £ 39.47 and then scammer changed price on PayPal to £45.00 and scammer not notified me way he changed price, I still waiting for my refund.

The staff are very professional and curtious. The doctor left me well informed, he answered all my questions. I felt relaxed.

I absolutely love the online retail store. I don’t live near any of the brick and mortar stores but their products are elegant and unique so I took a huge leap of faith. When I remodeled my master bathroom, I purchased four large wall sconces, a ceiling pendant, two very large vanity mirrors, and all the hardware for my new cabinets. Every piece arrived on time, in excellent condition, and exactly as described and shown in the images. Their quality control is exceptionally tight and there were no color variations in the metal I chose, not even when my miscalculation resulted in having to order additional hardware. My new bathroom is beautiful and everything tied together exactly as I’d imagined.
