Around November of 2023, I noticed the couch when reclined all the way back, you are rolled to the right. So, I called Regency and they said to call their service department which I did. They sent a tech out, he said “yup, right side is 1/2" shorter than the left, you wouldn't notice it until the couch got broken in. It was most likely dropped from a truck on that side, to bend steel. He ordered parts, came back after xmas. The company only sent two parts. He orders the rest of the parts, they come in and he comes to house. The company didn’t send screws. He leaves. He tries to order screws. They called me and told me to tell HIM to use the same screws. He comes back and puts new parts in but has to use decking screws because the old self tapping screws won’t go back in! Couch is still no better on leaning to the right, and the lumbar is now making a cracking sound, so basically the couch is worse. It’s taken 5 months to get parts put in the couch. Now Regency is saying "oh it’s been over a year, so sorry go pound sand, we can't help you call warranty company". Call the warranty company, they say” we only work with electronical parts.” We can fix the lumbar, but you have to get the frame problem fixed first. I have spent hours upon hours upon hours of calls and being shuffled around. I think it’s intentional to make sure the year runs out. Drag it out so they do not have to do anything nor make it right.

If I could give them -0 I would. We worked a major contract with them and their level of unprofessionalism from the workers all the way to the owner was atrocious. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. They will deliver wrong items and try add extra costs on anything they can, especially when they make mistakes. This is the WORST furniture company EVER.

I purchased bedroom furniture from Regency on Oct.10, 2022, The furniture was delivered on Oct. 26, 2022. The delivery team damaged the chest and the headboard during assembly and refused to take the furniture back although I was on the phone with customer service while the delivery team was still at my home. I never signed for the furniture and per their contract it says that a signature is required. The customer service rep stated to me not to sign the invoice and have them return the furniture. The delivery driver stated to me that he does not work for her and he had already spoke with his boss and they left. I immediately sent picture per the customer service rep. I never had anymore correspondence with the company but a company called Tri County Furniture called and said they have a repair order for the items. I don't want repaired furniture I want the furniture I paid for brand new.

I purchased a couch from Regency furniture. It required repair on the under deck and was still under warranty. The technician came out to do the repairs but was not able to fully complete it since he required extra parts. He reported back to the service department that extra parts were required to complete the job and Regency service has refused to provide the service. I have been in contact with the local store managers where I purchased the sofa who recommended to the service department that the couch be replaced. No responses. I have contacted their corporate office on multiple occasions over a few months only to be told by their employees that they would not provide further assistance and they refused to connect me with anyone on their supervisory staff. My couch is now worse that it was prior to the repairs and the staples they placed in are now coming out. They are refusing to either replace or repair the sofa. Many months of communication and no headway. In addition to this, I had purchased another couch for a sibling that was delivered in the wrong color and there was no correction offered.

I purchased a Next-Gen DuraPella Loveseat & Sofa from Regency Furniture 2/7/21 from your Mechanicsburg, PA Regency Furniture store . It was delivered on 6/5/21. I’ve been claiming since delivery, about the horrible smell and health problems I’ve been having since you delivered your furniture on June 5, 2021. Six months ago! I’ve been complaining to your store Manager, your Regional Guy and they keep promising and promising a Technician, but never taking any action. You keep saying, “We will take care of it,” but never do. Contact here, contact there, just to be told to contact you back and is this vicious cycle. I was even told to file with GBS, which you knew they won’t cover Manufacturer issues, only accidents after the fact. Regency Furniture is in Breach of our Sales Contract, Fraudulent Business Practices, Federal Lemon Law and Excessive Levels of VOC Chemicals causing not only an Environmental Hazard, but causing me constant headaches, throat and eye irritation, asthma symptoms, dizziness and nausea. You forced me to pay, out of pocket, $132.50 to have an environmental company come in and test for VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) such as benzene, ethylene glycol, formaldehyde, methylene chloride, tetrachloroethylene, toluene, xylene and butadiene, to name a few. You Breached our Sales Contract, selling a hazardous mix of chemicals that the levels 6 months later are still excessively high and causing a danger. You use Fraudulent Business Practices to continue to victimize me and not do anything. The smell coming from your furniture was so bad, we moved it to our garage. Due to your inability or willingness to correct the issue, it is clear that your furniture is no good. It is a Lemon. I thought that only cars were covered under the Federal Lemon Law, but it turns out that almost everything else is also. You being the business owner, I’m sure you are familiar with the “Magnusom-Moss Warranty Act,” which covers all new products purchased over $15. Now keep in mind that you broke our Sales Contract, not me. You refused to address the Health and Safety Hazards, not me. I’ve recently learned of my legal and consumer rights. In addition, I was referred to an International Advocacy Group. This group helps consumers like me understand my rights and the Fraudulent Business Tactics used by businesses like yours. They have directed me to file Criminal Reports immediately with the following Government Agencies, but not limited to: US Department of Justice PA Attorney General District Attorney Office Federal Trade Commission Consumer Affairs Better Business Bureau EPA Inspector General PA Department of Health & Bureau of Epidemiology Consumer Product Safety Commission and more… Because this being a Maliciously and Fraudulent Act, Bullying Me, Environmental/Health/Safety Hazard, and a Breach of our Sales Contract, by your Refusal Terms and Implied Terms of the Sales Contract Terms, I am demanding that you Refund My Full Purchase.
