Very poor service had to wait ages for my item to arrive, when it eventually came it came without instructions so messaged the company 5 times asking politely for the instructions and didnt get any response from them, avoid at all cost.

I purchased a FMS RC CAMEL 1/24 but it it developed a fault in the gearbox and had no drive shortly after running from new. Despite constant emails RC-GOFOLLOW were very reluctant and unresponsive to my requests. After two months they finally agreed to send some new gears, still haven’t got them yet, and my RC still unusable. I guess dealing with a company in Hong Kong brings with it inherent problems but their advertising and deals on models always out of stock in the UK is very tempting. Just be aware, customer support and warranty claims can be longwinded and frustrating. A pity, as FMS produce some fantastic 1/24 RC models with lots of upgrades and innovations.

Bought an 1100 kv hobbywing motor and it smoked itself second run. Now nobody will even respond to me to get it cleaned up. Not good busi
