Radisson – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I recently stayed at the Radisson hotel and had a terrible experience. The hotel is in dire need of pest control as I saw a cockroach crawling on the dinner buffet. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. I paid about Rs 15000 for the dinner buffet where I witnessed the cockroach. Mr. Sanjeev, the manager of the restaurant, was present during this scenario. Additionally, I requested a cot at check-in and called twice to confirm, but it was never provided. As a result, my baby fell from the bed and the only thing the staff did was apologize. We couldn't sleep in the middle of the night as the baby was crying and we were stressed. This is unacceptable and could have been avoided if they had provided the cot as promised. Furthermore, I had to call several times for room service, but it was slow and unresponsive. The rooms were not worth the price, even the so-called business class. The bathrooms were stained, and the rooms had a musty smell. The only thing the staff seemed to do was spray air freshener, which only lasted for 30 minutes at most. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this Radisson hotel, paschim vihar. The rooms are old and not maintained properly, needing repair and replacement. Upon complaint the manager met us on the checkout to say sorry for the bad experience, but for us it wasnt less than a nightmare. I stayed at Raddison Red Chandigarh with family a week before, there service was excellent. But this stay just made me feel like never again with Radisson.

Stayed in Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center. Best possible place to stay in Amsterdam. About 400m from Tram-stop Spui, about 400m from Metro-stop Nieuwmarkt and about 800-900m from the Central Railway Station. The hotel has its own private parking garage, which is a very important service in a crowded city center. Enjoyed very well my weekend. Thank you.

Det er altid dejligt at overnatte på Radisson. Jeg synes værelserne er rene, personalet er høfligt og meget imødekommende overfor mine ønsker som gæst - f.eks. brugte personalet engang 1,5 time på at få min strømforsyning til min arbejdspc til at fungere. Ligeledes har de gange hvor jeg har været på hotellet som gæst i forbindelse med kurser altid været en fornøjelse.

I used this Hotel chain in a Colonial town in Uruguay South America which is called Colonia del Sacramento. The hotel itself was very good with a beautiful view of the river "De La Plata" from Rooms, swimming pool and restaurant, The restaurant of this hotel which is called Carmen is very good!!
