The software is very user-friendly and allows for a lot of customization and flexibility. I found it a lot more cost competitive compared to Paperless Post (pay-per-invite with coins that you can purchase instead of a monthly or annual subscription); I did not check other software options out there. The thing that really made me come out and review them publicly is their customer service. I had accidentally signed up for annual instead of monthly, and I reached out to them explaining the situation, and they gladly changed my subscription and credited me back! It was so quick and easy, and they were so understanding and lovely!

I love being able to manage my party invitations with Punchbowl. The app is very user-friendly, and I love being able to select options that are customized per event. It has been a great tool to utilize when I am planning a gathering, birthday tracking, or even sending a card/note. It is my go-to app, and will continue to be my primary source for managing my guest list and birthday.

Using the card designs as inspiration, Punchbowl invitations allow me to set creative themes for my parties. This time I used the lemon design and found matching paper plates, napkins, etc. on Sophistiplate. I also created tropical centerpieces of lemons/limes for my table. I’ve used Punchbowl for every occasion. Most recently planning my 25th anniversary vow renewal. Great variety of choices and easy to set up. Message boards for guest comments, easy tracking and reminders as we neared the date. Once the event took place, generating thank you card templates was a great touch! Will always use this site for all my event needs
