i ordered a couple items Sept 2020. The service was very good. They emailed me an order acknowledgment. Then they emailed me when the order was shipped. I received the order on ground shipment in 2 weeks which was good considering the COVID virus. The products arrived undamaged.

Love these guys - they have competitive pricing for their products but it is the customer service that will keep me coming back. You can actually call & speak to an actually person! They also have great new products on their site frequently.
