I might be forgetful, but every month I get the flea drops and worm pill when needed. Haven't had a side effects and on occasions got little treats for cats and dog. So like this company.

I have been using this company for many years now, the product is excellent, delivery is always on time and service is excellent. I had an issue this month where 1 tube of flea medication had not been delivered. I emailed to advise of the missing item. I received an apology email the same day, the missing medication was dispatched immediately and as a gesture of goodwill they also gave me a free month. Often a company is not tested until something actually goes wrong. This was handled impeccably and left me as one happy loyal customer.
