Love it a lot but I have one issue. I like everything but the L-Bar. Can you make them more of a variety of flavors like the soup. Maybe you do and I missed it but I have to force myself to eat them and keep them down. The rest of the kit is amazing and I love doing it. This is my second time. Thank you!

I love this fast and it gives my body the reset it needs and I always feel great afterwards. The only thing is I am not a fan of olives and just cannot force myself to eat it.

I like the soups and the system, the soups, crackers and olives, I have that bar in the morning, I cannot stand the taste, i have tried heating it, freezing it, just the smell makes me nauseous. Is there anything that can substitute for it. Lynn

Best “diet” I have ever done. I just completed round 3. I have lost 13% of my body weight since round 1 and my relationship with food has changed completely. I don’t recommend programs unless they work and DAMN. ProLon is legit and works!! I have planned me round 4+ for April, July, October 2024!!
