Proline Range Hoods – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought an expensive hood from this company almost 4 years ago, it is a total lemon. The first repair was under warranty, then I had to pay for parts. I have spent thousands on appliance repair services and replaced the heat lamp button, the control buttons, the motherboard, the led lamps, and a fan capacitor. My last request for help was met with basically "we don't know what to do" and offered me 10% off a new one. I asked for the CEO/Owners email and never received a response. The cost to replace with a new quality hood will be thousands as the duct has to be moved and my exterior wall replastered and repainted. Don't buy this cheap Chinese junk. They'll tell you to pound sand once it's un-repairable.
