Quality of the flowers was good and the package in which they came offered great protection to the flowers. Only negative was for the delivery charge, I would have expected some sort of delivery timeframe, even something as basic as AM or PM delivery.

Overall experience was great, but it would have been helpful to have known the cost (including delivery) throughout the process, as otherwise, you have to keep going back and changing which flowers you want to come within budget ...

It was good to find such a wide range of flowers that could be delivered 'next day'. Also, great to find a message space that allowed me enough characters to say something meaningful. Many thanks.
