Popski London – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordered a jumper, after 2 weeks hadn't received it nor a notification of shipment. Emailed them for them to say it's a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery. 4 weeks and I still didn't receive anything, they said they'd chase the warehouse but a week later still no jumper. I cancelled the order and they eventually refunded me. The customer service was responsive and I only had to chase once for my refund but still would have preferred the jumper so unfortunately will not be ordering from here again (you can get dupes from many other shops of their stuff)
