I want to give a shout out to The Cold Plunge, a.k.a. Plunge, for their Customer Service's quick and very helpful response to our need for assistance with the tub's temperature stabilization. I have the 1st generation H/C Plunge and did not understand how to keep the temperature at the level I wanted. I made a phone call to Plunge and within two days we had a technician out to our house. The problem would have been more difficult for me to rectify but it was quickly resolved due to the tech's expertise. Except for this one small issue all has gone very well with our Plunge. Delivery was perfect and overall maintenance has been very easy. I would highly recommend Plunge.

Love my plunge! I am the type of person that hates being cold, but I love the effect I get when I do the hard thing and get in. I’ve had the plunge for 4 months with no issues! It’s easy to maintain and if I ever have any questions the plunge team is there to answer.
