Ho acquistato circa un anno fa un auricolare Voyager, inizialmente aveva qualche problema di disconnessine, diventati poi macroscopici. Ho contattato il servizio assistenza, nel volgere di pochissimo tempo mi hanno inviato l'etichetta per spedire a loro carico il prodotto difettoso con DHL, tempo una decina di giorni ricevevo un auricolare nuovo. La sfortuna ci vede bene e il cavetto di ricarica, nuovo anch'esso si è rotto al primo utilizzo, ho ricontattato l'assistenza e nel giro di una settimana ho ricevuto un nuovo cavetto. Direi che come assistenza in garanzia sono esemplari.

Bought the PlanTronics BackBeat Noisecanceling headphone. The hanger is made of plastic and broke rather fast so I requested a return on warranty. Received the return label immediately. Important to say: the seller (FNAC) asked to contact PlanTronics directly. After a small phone conversation with PlanTronics I was redirected to their website for a return claim. Within 3 days a new headset was delivered, no charges at all (packing, shipping, etc). I will be more careful with the plastic hanger this time. PS product is great: heavy bass and strong sound. Blue tooth enables handsfree calls etc Not recommended for professional use

This company is market leaders in handsets. We used several products. After nearly few years handset stopped charging. Replacement was issued without any questions. Quality off product is 10 out off 10.

I just wanted to tell you what a great product your Voyager Legend bluetooth is. I bought my blue tooth from you all about 6 months ago. Two days ago I was at my Moms getting ready to go home when a cute puppy came up to my car. I opened my door to pet it and unknowingly to me, the puppy had knocked my Voyager out of my ear. It hit the ground and I accidentally ran over it twice. When I got home, I called my Mom and told her I thought I left it at her house or it was outside near where I parked. Well she found it and I went back and got it. Not thinking it would work, took it home and straightened it back out, turned it on and it is still working. It dosen't look very pretty, but it still works. Thanks for making a great bluetooth product!

Had an issue with my headphones, started a claim on the website, recieved DHL label within a few hours. Contacted DHL for booking, headphones were collected Monday and I received the replacements on Wednesday! Very quick procedure, I am very pleased!
