Planner5D US – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the Premium Plus plan that I purchased in 2018. When I initially decided to invest in this plan, I believed I was paying for a lifetime of premium features, including the ability to render designs without any additional charges. Unfortunately, my recent experience has proven otherwise. It has come to my attention that I am now required to pay for every render I want to generate, even though I only use the app once or twice a year. This new policy feels incredibly unfair and unjustifiable, especially considering the premium feature I initially paid for. It seems that the promise of a lifetime of premium access was not upheld. I sincerely hope that Planner5D takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their customer support and transparency in order to provide a better experience for all users.

interesting software but without free trial, dissapointing

Absolutely useless unless you pay, despite they promise it is free for personal use. It has potential but the developer company's practices ruin the experience. Thanks for wasting two hours of my time.

Initially I was quite keen on planner 5D, until they suddenly took away many basic features from the free version (e.g resizing of furniture). I had considered paying for the pro version, but changed my opinion. Now it feels like they are trying to bully me into paying because the many hours or work I've invested already will be useless unless I upgrade. Not ok.

I have paid for subscription to be able to automate 3D scene from uploaded 2D floor plan. This feature never worked and process is failing, saying it may be cause by poor resolution or image missing floor plan. In reality I have uploaded professional floor plan in decent resolution. I struggle for a week to get my money back, however I have contacted the company the same evening. Their support is poor and suggested me to contact their third part payment provider. That provider's support is asking me for my card details, even though I have paid via PayPal. Nonsense.
