Applying for short term insurance online was a bit confusing at first (my expectation was to complete in five minutes). Since I was applying for insurance for my son, when it asked for my name, my email, etc. it should have asked for the name, email, etc. of the person being insured. Also, after I input all the information (deductible amount, coinsurance percentage, max out of pocket, and total policy coverage), I pushed the 'go to the next page' button. However, the information at the top of the next page was different than the information I had just applied for and that was confusing. Last thing is my son needs this insurance (for baseball) for his spring semester at school. Four months needs to be changed to at least five months to cover one full semester of school.
