I have not received my item and it’s been a week. Update (31/07/23) I had already contacted your customer service. After waiting 12 days, I have received my refund. I was also offered a 20% discount code which I think is absolutely awful and makes me feel fobbed off because the site already has a 20% off discount code for everyone. Update 03/08/23 I think it’s only fair to change my star rating but still keep the comments up for others. This company is amazing, the problem is their delivery of choice, Evri. Not only was my refund issued but I managed to buy the exact item that was lost by Evri. I received a call today from an Adam and honestly, something like this has never happened. Usually, most companies just send generic emails and that’s it. I got a call to make sure that as a customer, I was happy. I really appreciate that and it just solidified my confidence in the brand itself. Maybe in the future they will move from Evri. Thanks for fixing things and most importantly for caring.
